She Remembered Her Fire | Elemental Design Update 11
A Wisdom Well Becoming Retreat

She Remembered Her Fire

Costa Rica • April 18–24, 2027

A feminine-centered retreat rooted in remembering, rest, ritual, and the wisdom already living within you.

Opening Invitation

Women Carry Ancient Layers of Knowing

Wisdom held in the mind, heart, body, spirit, and ancestral line. Sometimes we simply need the space to hear it again.

She Remembered Her Fire is a soft, spacious retreat for you if you are ready to pause, reconnect, and return to the wisdom already living within you.

This is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering what has always been there.

Why This Retreat

For the Woman Whose Life
Has Become Loud

Life can ask us to move faster, carry more, and listen to ourselves less. Over time, the quiet places inside us can become harder to hear.

This retreat is designed as a gentle exhale for the woman standing at a threshold — craving clarity, rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.

This retreat may meet you if you feel:

  • “I have been carrying so much. I need space to hear myself again.”
  • “Something is shifting. I can feel it, but I need room to listen.”
  • “I am ready to reconnect with my instinct, my voice, and my inner fire.”

Here, you will be:

  • Witnessed without pressure
  • Supported with grounded care
  • Nourished by the land, meals, rhythm, and circle
  • Gently invited back into relationship with the wisdom you already hold

“There are parts of ourselves the world teaches us to quiet. This retreat is an invitation to listen again.”

The Foundation of This Retreat

The Wisdom Well is not a program to complete.
It is a practice of remembering and reconnecting with the wisdom already living within you.

This practice becomes the architecture that holds the retreat experience — gently woven through circle, rest, reflection, ritual, conversation, creativity, and the land itself.

The Wisdom Well Practice

The Five Ways of Knowing

Throughout the retreat, we explore the Five Ways of Knowing as a grounded framework for reconnecting with feminine wisdom:

  • Mind — clarity, insight, meaning
  • Heart — intuition, compassion, emotional truth
  • Body — instinct, boundaries, presence
  • Spirit — resonance, purpose, possibility
  • Ancestors — lineage, memory, inherited strength
