- Solo Retreat Experience — enjoy your own private room and dedicated personal space throughout the retreat.
- Soul Sister Shared Experience — for two women choosing to experience the retreat together while sharing one room.

- $1,500 non-refundable deposit at registration; remaining balance divided into 4 equal payments

Cancellation, Payments & Policies
Cancellation & Refunds
Due to advance commitments for accommodations, meals, transportation, facilitation, and venue costs, this retreat is subject to a structured cancellation policy.
- The $1,500 deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your total retreat investment.
- Cancellation terms and payment obligations will be outlined in the Participant Agreement.
- Participants agree to review and accept the full Participant Agreement after checkout.
- Registrations are non-transferable without written approval.

Payment Timing & Registration
Payment schedule details will be provided upon registration based on the retreat experience and payment option selected.
If you are interested in the Soul Sister Shared Experience, we’ll simply begin with a conversation. Whether two women register together or one participant later invites a soul sister to join her, we’ll connect to answer questions and confirm the shared experience.
This option is available exclusively to women who will be participating fully in the retreat.
Mandatory Travel Insurance
Comprehensive health and travel insurance is required for all participants and is a condition of participation in this retreat.
Insurance should include coverage for trip cancellation, emergency medical care, and medical evacuation. Proof of valid travel insurance may be requested prior to the retreat.
Airfare, passport renewal fees, personal spending, souvenirs, tips/gratuities, and any accommodation or transportation outside the identified retreat schedule are not included.
Final Step: Complete Your Registration
Once your payment is submitted, you will receive:
- A confirmation email.
- Your Welcome Guide.
- Details for the pre-retreat orientation call.
- Access to the Wisdom Well preparation materials.
- Your Participant Agreement to review and sign.
