A restorative retreat to slow down, soften, reconnect and remember yourself again.
As the season shifts with the Autumn Equinox, join us for four nights at Broadleaf Ranch in the heart of rural New Brunswick for a deeply restorative retreat experience designed to help women slow down, reflect, reconnect and recalibrate to their own natural rhythm.
Through wisdom circles, equine wellness session, creative practices, nourishing food, forest trails and meaningful connection, this retreat offers space to breathe, soften and remember yourself again.
There are seasons in life when we quietly realize we have drifted too far from our own rhythm.
Too much doing.
Too much holding.
Too much tending to everyone and everything else.
The Autumn Equinox reminds us that balance is not something we force — it is something we return to.
Set against the grounding beauty of Broadleaf Ranch, this retreat is designed as a gentle and intentional space for women to pause long enough to hear themselves again.
Together, we will gather around fires, walk forest trails, spend time with horses, create, reflect, rest and reconnect to the wisdom already living within us.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you already are beneath the noise, expectations and pace of everyday life.
A small circle.
Deep connection.
Space to remember you.

Shared accommodations are part of the experience by design — gently supporting connection, community and the feeling of stepping into retreat life together.
This is not designed as a luxury isolation experience. It is designed as a warm, grounded and meaningful shared experience rooted in simplicity, connection and presence.

The Wisdom Well retreats are designed as intentional, supportive spaces for women to reconnect with the many ways they know themselves — through mind, body, heart, spirit and lived experience.
These retreats are not about performance, perfection or pressure. They are about creating gentle conditions where women can soften, reflect, reconnect and remember themselves in deeper ways.
You will always be invited — never forced.
Women are encouraged to move through the experience in ways that honour their own capacity, boundaries and rhythm.
There is something powerful that happens when women gather in spaces where they no longer need to perform, carry everything alone or have all the answers.
For more than 25 years, Lori Anne has held space for transformation, reflection, leadership and human-centered change — guiding individuals, teams and communities through seasons of growth, transition and becoming.
Through her work in leadership development, coaching, facilitation and retreat design, she has become known for creating spaces that are both deeply grounding and gently transformative — spaces where women feel safe enough to soften, reconnect and hear themselves again.
The Wisdom Well was born from a simple but powerful truth: women already carry wisdom within them. Sometimes they simply need space, stillness, reflection and community to remember it.
Lori Anne’s retreat experiences weave together conversation, reflection, creativity, nervous system awareness, nature, ritual and embodied wisdom in ways that feel intentional, warm and deeply human.
At the heart of every Wisdom Well experience is one central invitation: Come home to yourself.
