You’re one step away from joining a deeply intentional gathering of women for six nights and five luminous days of renewal, reflection, ease, connection, and radiant remembering.

This retreat isn’t about fixing or transforming who you are. It’s a remembering — a soft return to your wisdom, your rhythm, your magic.

Step 2 · Policies (Please Read)

Cancellation, Payments & Policies

Cancellation & Refunds

Due to advance commitments for accommodations, meals, transportation, facilitation, and venue costs, this retreat is subject to a structured cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of registration are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made on or before January 30, 2026 may be eligible for a partial refund, less the non-refundable deposit.
  • After January 30, 2026, refunds are limited and not guaranteed.
  • After March 8, 2026, the retreat is fully non-refundable.

Full details are outlined in the Participant Agreement, which must be accepted at registration.

Payment Timing & Registration

All participants who register on or before March 15, 2026 must have paid the full retreat fee no later than March 15, 2026, regardless of the payment option selected at registration.

Participants who register after March 15, 2026 must pay the retreat fee in full at the time of registration.

Registration remains open until April 1, 2026. Late registrations are welcomed where space permits.

Mandatory Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants and is a condition of participation in this retreat.

Insurance must include coverage for trip cancellation, emergency medical care, and medical evacuation. Proof of valid travel insurance must be provided prior to the retreat.

Participants who do not provide proof of coverage will not be permitted to attend and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Details for the pre-retreat group call.
  • Access to the Wisdom Well preparation materials.
